Questions

Before you buy

How do I get my rank?

Enter your exact Minecraft username, complete checkout through Tebex, and the rank is applied to that account. If something is missing, open a ticket in the Enthusia Discord.

Can I cancel Devotee?

Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Devotee until the end of the period you already paid for.

Can I buy a rank for someone else?

Yes, where the Gift button is shown. A gift counts toward the support total of the person who paid, not the person who received it.

What is Glorious?

Glorious is not sold. The #1 supporter of each month earns it permanently.

Do refunded payments count?

No. Refunded and charged-back payments are removed from support totals.

Where can I see the supporter leaderboard?

In game with /donors, and on the leaderboards page of the main site.
